A contract fabricator and bender with two shops in British Columbia. Mandrel tube bending, roll bending, hi-def plasma, machining, fabrication and powder coating are all done in house, which is the company’s own description of what makes the shop different.
Send a drawingThe capability sheet
What each process is, and the limits the shop publishes for it. Sizes are the shop’s own, printed as published; where a process has no published figure the row says so.

The rack at Maple Ridge. Material on the floor is the difference between a start date and a quote.
Why the rack is the answer
Most of what decides a lead time in a fabrication job is not machine time. It is whether the material and the tooling are already there.
Both figures are the shop’s own. They are the reason a single part can be quoted and started rather than scheduled behind a material order.
Two shops
One standard, in two places.

“It’s been a pleasure working with Andrew and the Pacific family over the years. I wish all my vendors were as easy to deal with; they are very responsive and the finished product is always excellent.”

A PDF or a model file, the material, the quantity and the finish. That is enough for a shop to price a job or to say plainly that it is not the right shop for it.
